A prominent part of the space tourism industry are space museums and planetariums. There are many museums throughout the world that are focussed around the concept of space, although these are most numerous in the United States and Russia.
In the future, space enthusiasts insist, travellers won't be travelling to space just for the ride. They'll want to stay a while. Orbital Assembly Corporation, a manufacturing company whose goal is to colonize space, is currently building the world's first space hotels. Axiom Space, a space infrastructure company, is currently building the world's first private space station; plans include accommodation for travellers to spend the night.
