Secondly, professional regulation ensures safety and prevents overcrowding in narrow passages. However, some people believe that the metro should be open to everyone. They argue that it is a great place for beginners to find their audience and express themselves freely. I cannot agree with this view because the metro is a high-security facility, not a street festival. Low-quality noise can disturb commuters and ruin the unique aesthetic of our beautiful underground palaces. In conclusion, I believe that only talented and approved musicians should perform in the metro to maintain the prestige of our capital.
